Mr Bushra Elzubeir

Bushra undertakes litigation work of a broad commercial mix: including complex breach of contract actions, professional negligence claims, energy claims, construction disputes and regulatory work for regulated companies and individuals.
Bushra also represents companies and individuals in quasi civil/criminal prosecutions brought by local authorities involving proceeds of crime and confiscation of assets.
Bushra’s practice also extends to him providing corporate support and legal representation to respondent companies in employment matters featuring desired injunctive relief, enforcement of restrictive covenants, transfer of undertaking matters and the full gamut of dismissal related claims.
Bushra obtained his LLB Law degree at Anglia Ruskin University.
He went on to obtain his postgraduate diploma in law (LPC) from University of Law, Guildford .
Bushra qualified as a solicitor in 2007 with one of East Anglia’s largest commercial firms.
Bushra became a partner at FJG in 2018.
Earlier in his career, Bushra was appointed as in-house legal counsel to an international asset tracing company featured in television media, before he returning to working in private practice in London with a legal 500 firm.
Bushra has been a guest speaker internationally at a variety of different fora on commercial and litigation topics.
