I advise a range of clients on various property transaction; individuals with residential or commercial property portfolios that they may buy and sell at auction; companies with property portfolios whom I assist with commercial landlord and tenant matters including leases, licences, deeds of variation, lease renewals, surrenders. I am also able to assist clients with financial matters relating to property transactions.

Career

Have worked in the legal profession since being an undergraduate. First post graduate role was with British Transport Police Criminal Justice Unit as a case clerk. Moved into property field in 2001 taking a role as a completions clerk with a small firm in Ilford. Joined Gepp & Sons, Chelmsford in 2004 and was offered a training contract which I completed in 18 months during 2006-2008; Qualified as a Solicitor in April 2008; redundancy in March 2009 due to the global financial crisis; undertook work for a small local children’s charity whilst searching for a new role; in general practice from September 2009 – 2012; joined Pinney Talfourd in October 2012 and was made an Associate Solicitor in May 2016; joined FJG in November 2019 as Partner.
