I am a Solicitor and Partner in the Corporate & Commercial Department of Fisher Jones Greenwood LLP, specialising in mergers and acquisitions (both share and asset structures), restructures, corporate reorganisations, partnership work, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, charity law, as well as general corporate and commercial work.


Having completed my A-Levels at Colchester Sixth Form College in 2005, I studied law at the University of Essex, graduating in 2008 with a 2:1 LLB (Hons) Degree in Law. Thereafter, I went on to qualify from BPP Law School with a Commendation for the Legal Practice Course (LPC) in 2009.

My legal training commenced with Fisher Jones Greenwood LLP as a Paralegal in 2010, thereafter I was awarded a training contract and became a trainee solicitor in 2011 and I qualified as a Solicitor in March 2013, being promoted to Partner in April 2015.
