Julien Wagmann joined August Debouzy in 2013 after 11 years in Linklaters’ M&A/PE practice. He mainly deals with LBO, capital development and venture capital transactions for French and foreign investment funds or start-ups.
Julien has also developed specific expertise in management packages and shareholder disputes. In addition, he regularly assists key players in the energy industry with their external growth and/or the financing of their projects.
Julien has been quoted by the Legal 500 Paris guide and considered by clients as someone who is “rigorous, creative and who stands out during difficult negotiations through his calm and structured and documented approach”.
