Associate
Antonia focuses on corporate, commercial, M&A and banking law. She is engaged in a wide range of multinational M&As and other corporate transactions by carrying out legal due diligence, drafting transactional documentation, and handling related Greek law formalities.
Antonia also regularly advises domestic corporate clients and international businesses on corporate and commercial matters of their day-to-day operation, ongoing corporate governance, and compliance with the domestic and EU regulatory framework. Her experience encompasses project finance transactional work on behalf of corporations and credit institutions, such as corporate loans and restructuring.
Prior to joining Papapolitis & Papapolitis, Antonia worked on EU competition law matters with a leading US international law firm in Brussels, and provided advisory work for one of the largest express freight companies worldwide. She has also been involved in bank resolution matters at the European Commission.
