Real estate transactions and real estate project developments are particular strengths at Heussen Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH. This complex of topics is handled with a multidisciplinary approach, thus, related fund and financing issues are also routinely advised on. In the project development area, the development of district centres or entire districts are the key topics. Advising family offices and wealthy private individuals on real estate developments constitutes another core area. Practice head Norbert Huber is particularly well versed in interface matters between public law and public procurement law. This procurement law interface competence was further expanded in December 2021 with the arrival of Angelika Schwabe (also public and private construction law) from BUSE. The interface between construction, real estate and architectural law was strengthened in January 2022 with newcomer Torsten Prokoph from Hartmann Gallus und Partner. Jan Dittmann is a key contact for real estate transactions and project developments and advises private and institutional investors as well as real estate funds.
