Benedikt Murken is a member of our practice group real estate and construction law. Since the beginning of his professional career Mr. Murken has been working within the field of the private construction law and architects’ law.

Mr Murken is specialized in all areas of public construction law. Due to the longstanding advisory services for a number of professional liability insurance companies for architects and engineers in numerous court proceedings, Mr. Murken additionally has profound experience in litigation.
