Main areas of work are mergers and acquisitions, banking, finance and arbitration law. Mr. Hammarskiöld has participated in several of the most significant M&A transactions in Sweden in the last few years. He acts regularly both for Swedish and foreign clients. Mr Hammarskiöld is the Senior Partner of Hammarskiöld & Co, a leading Swedish law firm. He is also active in the capital markets area, working for both financial institutions and issuers.
