Position

Mr Sundin specialises in litigation and arbitration and is active in both national and international commercial litigation and arbitration. Mr Sundin has assisted Swedish and international companies in courts and before various arbitral bodies under the proceeding of, among others, the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce. Mr Sundin is also active as arbitrator in arbitration proceedings under different rules. Mr Sundin is further active in the field of banking and finance. Mr Sundin is legal adviser to several banks and insurance companies and also advises Swedish and international companies and governmental agencies in general commercial and corporate matters.

Service with Swedish Courts; Judgeship, Svea Court of Appeal, 1985-1987. In-House Merchant Bank Counsel SE-Banken 1987-1988. Employment with law firms in Stockholm since 1988. Lecturer in law, Stockholm School of Economics 1989-1994.
