Hammarskiöld’s insurance practice provides non-contentious advice to domestic and international insurers, reinsurers and brokers. Recent highlights for the group included W&I insurance issues, portfolio transfers, mutualisation matters and corporate transactions including insurance M&A; the team also recently handled regulatory issues concerning the Solvency II Directive. The practice is jointly led by Lars Ulrichs, Peder Hammarskiöld, Sandra Kaznova and Erik Fahlgren.
Hammarskiöld’s energy and public utilities practice is headed up Jakob Falkman, who regularly handles transactional mandates including investments, divestments and M&A deals.
