Position
Main areas of work are arbitration and litigation, corporate and commercial law, corporate governance and anti-corruption compliance. Ms. Hein Kaznova regularly represents Swedish and international clients in domestic and international arbitration as well as before Swedish courts. She acts for clients in a wide range of business sectors including i.e. manufacturing industry, consumer products, IT, insurance and banking. She has also assisted several multinational clients in corporate investigations in Sweden and abroad, including for example Eastern Europe and Asia.
Career
Service with Swedish Courts 2002-2003. Secretary to a committee evaluating the corporate governance of state owned companies, on behalf of the Swedish Ministry of Enterprise, Energy and Communications (2006).
