Simont Braun's 'reliable' team garners praise for its 'deep knowledge' of IP litigation, advisory matters and transactional IP. Complex patent litigation is a core area of expertise for the team, which acts for clients drawn from the chemicals, mechanical engineering and life sciences industries in this area. Trade mark infringement disputes are also prominent. Fernand de Visscher and Eric De Gryse are 'reactive, clear and knowledgeable'; Emmanuel Cornu and Philippe Campolini are also key contacts.
