Position

Partner Axel Maeterlinck has a broad experience in domestic and cross-border M&A and private equity transactions in a wide variety of economic sectors including real estate, insurance, distribution or healthcare. He regularly provides advice to international and Belgian companies in company law, M&A, organisation of shareholders relations and capital markets. Axel also represents clients in litigation and arbitration proceedings notably in post-M&A or shareholder disputes. He was a lecturer in corporate law at the ULB from 2009 to 2016.
