He also advises on franchises and all forms of commercial, technology and e-commerce agreements with a particular expertise in the media and sport sectors. His area also covers structuring, ownership, licensing and management of Intellectual Property rights and trade marks to enable owners to exploit their commercial value as well as the IP elements of licences, assignments, sale and purchase agreements. Clive also acts for large franchisees of multinational brands and for master franchisees including negotiating bespoke master franchise agreements.
