He gained a significant experience in advising domestic and foreign clients in complex tax audits, pre-litigation and judicial settlements, and defence before tax courts and Court of Cassation. His areas of expertise include corporate and group taxation, M&A and business restructuring, taxation of real estate, VAT, registration tax and other indirect taxes as well as excise duties and consumption taxes. He is author of publications on tax matters and he often speaks at tax conferences and lectures at post-graduate specialization courses.

Pietro Piccone Ferrarotti has been a partner of GBPL since 2021 following the merger with L&P – Ludovici Piccone & Partners, where he has been a partner since 2016. Before joining the firm, he worked with Maisto e Associati since 2004 where he became a partner in 2009 and previously with the law firm founded by Prof. Franco Gallo from 1996 to 2004.
