Career

Luis joined Ramón y Cajal Abogados in 1997 as a member of the Litigation and Insolvency Department. He was appointed Partner in 2010. Luis has extensive experience counseling and defending clients in court and arbitration proceedings in civil, commercial, securities markets and economic crimes law. He has been a key figure on the national litigation scene for more than ten years, acting in the civil and criminal channels in all their sections, as well as in appeals for protection before the Constitutional Court.
