Damián works in the Litigation and Insolvency practice area of the Madrid office. He joined Ramón y Cajal Abogados in 2010 as a senior associate. He has particular expertise in civil, commercial and company law.

Damián has advised in Spanish and international matters in diverse industrial sectors, including construction, distribution and finance.

He is Head of the Family Law area.
