Career

Ana Fernández is widely experienced in providing legal advice and counselling in legal and arbitration proceedings in the areas of stock market and civil and corporate law. She has had continuous involvement in all types of proceedings filed in civil and business law courts for more than fifteen years.

In the area of corporate law and civil litigation, her dedication in matters of contractual and tort liability, claims on directors’ liability and proceedings regarding bank contracts (preference shares, financial swaps, structured bonds, etc) is evident.

She regularly participates in arbitration proceedings filed in different national Courts, such as CIMA (the Civil and Mercantile Arbitration Court ), TAB (Barcelona Arbitration Court), and the Court of Arbitration of ICAM (Madrid Bar Association).
