Career

Covadonga joined Ramón y Cajal as a junior lawyer in 2009 and has spent practically all of her professional career at the firm.

As a Senior Associate of the Employment and Social Security Practice, she advises clients from all business sectors, both national and international, in hiring processes, senior executive employment agreements, workforce restructuring, international M&A processes and the harmonisation of working conditions.

She is an expert in functional and geographical mobility procedures, substantial changes in working conditions, both individual and collective, and collective conciliation and bargaining measures.

She also has extensive experience in disciplinary proceedings and in the representation of her clients before the Mediation, Conciliation and Arbitration Service, the Employment Inspectorate and the Labour Courts.
