Alfonso Suárez, Of-Counsel of the Labor Department since 2015, joined Araoz & Rueda as a partner of this area of practice in 2005. Prior to joining our firm, he was head of the Labor Department at the firm Suárez Migoyo (1980-2004).
Alfonso’s extensive experience includes: the hiring and dismissal of workers, implementation of workforce restructuring plans, modification of labour conditions, hiring of top executives, collective bargaining agreements and strikes, restructuring of staff, redundancy plans, labor advice to companies in insolvency situation, labor due diligences, etc.
Alfonso has also broad a experience in contentious labor conflicts, both in administrative and judicial proceedings, as well as in public state and local authorities.
