Itai Itzkovich is  a partner at Gornitzky & Co. 

Itai’s practice focuses on commercial and residential real estate projects. He is involved in a wide range of real estate projects and transactions and provides comprehensive legal advice to his clients in real estate related matters.

He is involved in advising clients throughout the different stages of real estate projects, including the sale or purchase of land, zoning & planning, construction licenses, the lease or sale of housing units or commercial property as well as in real estate taxation matters.

In his hotels practice Itai takes part in the ongoing representation of hotels and hotel chains regarding contracts, agreements and various legal matters in both the domestic and international arenas.

In 2002, Itai was granted the Minister of Science, Culture and Sport Award for his poetry inaugural book “Green Firing Fields”.
