Eyal Raz is partner at Gornitzky & Co.

Eyal has a general commercial and corporate practice with a strong international inclination, representing Israeli groups in their local and global business activities and non-Israeli groups in establishing their Israeli presence and in their local commercial transactions. In addition, Eyal represents Israeli and non-Israeli clients in international merger and acquisition transactions, in investments in Israeli start-up companies, venture capital funds and private equity funds, and in complex tax matters, including tax litigation.

• Representation of an industrial company in the sale of a global division (with subsidiaries in Europe and in China) to a US Fortune 500 corporation
• Representation of an Israeli cyber security company and its shareholders in several asset sale and share sale transactions to a US Fortune 500 corporation
• Representation of a global private equity fund in bids for purchasing Israeli-based global commercial companies
• Representation of an Israeli public company traded on Frankfurt Prime Standard in its acquisition (by way of a reverse triangular merger) by a US corporation traded on NASDAQ
