Adv. Raban has been an associate with Gornitzky & Co. since June 2016.

Prior to joining the firm, Adv. Raban was an associate with another leading Israeli law firm.

 Adv. Raban has years of experience in the area of indirect taxation, import law, trade regulations and trade levies. Adv. Raban is experienced in acting for Israeli and international companies in a wide range of matters in the aforesaid areas, including cases involving the classification of goods, goods’ valuation, the application of rules of origin and free trade agreements, the legality of imports, dumping investigations, etc.

 In addition, Adv. Raban has experience in representing clients in civil and administrative legal proceedings, mediations and negotiations. In addition, Adv. Raban is a mediator and a graduate of a mediation practicum recognized by the Israeli courts administration.
