Ms. Haruvi is a partner at Gornitzky & Co.
Noga is a member of the firm’s litigation team and she is involved in the representation of clients in matters concerning diverse commercial and civil disputes, including the representation of Israel’s leading companies before the Supreme Court and the High Court of Justice.
During her legal studies, Noga was a member of the Housing, Community & Urban Regeneration Legal Clinic, acting on behalf of public housing tenants in a groundbreaking urban regeneration program. In this capacity, Noga co-authored a Social Impact Assessment (SIA), which was the first document of its kind to be brought before a zoning and planning committee in Israel.
