Mr. Biss began his legal career at Gornitzky & Co. as a legal intern and has been an associate with the firm since 2013. Amnon devotes the majority of his legal practice to restructuring and insolvency, including involvement in the representation of distressed companies and their management, liquidators and creditors. Amnon is also engaged in debt arrangements, providing legal advice to both companies and creditors in the process of negotiation and court litigation. Additionally, Amnon is involved in the firm’s banking and finance practice, in which he engages in the drafting of various financing agreements, representing both borrowers and lenders.
