Daniel Lasry is a partner at Gornitzky & Co.

Mr. Lasry served as a legal intern at Gornitzky & Co. and has been an associate with the firm since May 2010.

Daniel is a member of the firm’s litigation team; he is involved in the representation of clients before Israeli courts and in arbitration proceedings, in civil and commercial disputes.
Additionally, Daniel is involved in advising the firm’s clients regarding day to day corporate matters, securities issues and M&A transactions. He drafts contracts and agreements and he is involved in IPO’s, SPO’s, prospectuses, and immediate and periodic reports to the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange and to the Israel Securities Authority.

Daniel is involved in advising companies in distress, in matters of restructuring, insolvency and liquidations.  In this capacity, Daniel has been involved in different debt arrangements of public and private companies in matters of, inter alia, negotiations with the company’s creditors (such as financial institutions) and court approval of the arrangement.
Daniel also takes part in advising the firm’s real estate clients regarding commercial and income producing properties and ongoing affairs.
