In the fields of infrastructure, energy and project financing, Yiftah represents Israeli and international clients in complex, large-scale tenders, with an emphasis on B.O.T / P.F.I projects, and entrepreneurial energy projects. Legal representation of this sort includes accompaniment throughout the entire stages of the tender and the project, including execution and completion of the financial closing, as well as providing ongoing legal advice throughout the project life cycle.

Notable projects in which Yiftah has taken an active role are:
Financing the construction of the largest photovoltaic power plant in Israel with a capacity of 120 megawatts in the area of Kibbutz Ze’elim.
Financing the construction of photovoltaic plants with a cumulative capacity of over 60 megawatts.
Financing the construction and operation of the National Training Center of the Israeli Police.

In the field of transportation, Yiftah accompanies one of the two largest public transportation companies in Israel, both in terms of ongoing legal aspects related to its activity, and in complex tenders such as tenders for the establishment of public transportation clusters and entrepreneurial projects in the field of transportation. In addition, Yiftah accompanies the firm’s clients in large scale tenders in the field of transportation, such as the tender for the construction of the Red Line of the Tel Aviv light rail, the tender for the construction of the Green Line of the Jerusalem light rail, and more.

In the hotels, tourism and leisure field, Yiftah represents several hotel chains, including the largest hotel chain in Israel, hotel owners and management companies in a wide range of transactions in Israel and abroad, including lease and management transactions, transactions for the purchase of hotels and financing transactions of hotels.
