Yarden Buhnik joined Gornitzky & Co. as an associate in 2019. Prior to joining the firm, Yarden completed her internship and worked as an associate in a leading law firm.

Yarden engages in the representation of clients in a variety of commercial and residential real estate transactions related to the sales and acquisitions of all types of real estate property, commercial leases, construction projects, property management, development and construction processes, zoning and entitlements, combination transactions, urban renewal, etc.
In addition, Yarden is involved in representing the firms’ corporate clients in their ongoing matters, including the drafting of business agreements, commercial contracts and in financing aspects.
