Career

Alon joined Gornitzky & Co. as an associate in 2015 after serving more than six years as a legal advisor and defense counsel in Israel Defense Force’s Military Advocate General.

Alon’s practice focuses mainly on banking and finance, often in the context of acquisition finance, project finance and other complex structured finance arrangements, as well as international and domestic M&A transactions. Alon represents a broad array of lenders and investors including some of Israel’s largest financial institutions, private debt funds, private equity funds, and some of Israel’s leading public and private companies.

In addition, Alon has extensive experience in the fields of public international law and administrative law, and has advised Israel’s defense administration and Ministry of Justice on a wide variety of international-law related issues.
