David joined Gornitzky & Co. as an associate in 2018.
David devotes most of his time to representing Israeli and foreign corporations in international mergers and acquisitions transactions.
Additionally, David is active in the firm’s banking and finance practice, in which he engages in the drafting of various finance agreements, debentures and other security documents. He is involved in the representation of both borrowers and lenders, in local and international transactions.
David is also an active member of the firm’s Australia Desk.
