Dan Fisher is a partner at Gornitzky & Co.
Dan Fisher joined Gornitzky & Co. in 2017, as an associate in our Technology Practice. Prior to joining the firm, Dan worked as an associate at the Corporate and Securities (International) department at Goldfarb Seligman & Co.
Dan regularly advises hi-tech and technology companies from their early stages and through various stages of growth, and consults on all legal, business and commercial aspects of their activities and day-to-day legal needs.
In addition, Dan advises venture capital funds and major multinational companies regarding a wide array of finance and investment agreements and complex international transactions, including merger and acquisition transactions and corporate finance.
Dan has also gained experience in advising public companies listed on the NASDAQ in public offerings, major debt restructurings and ongoing regulatory matters.
