He graduated in Law from the Faculty of Law of the Catholic University of Portugal, in 1999. He joined the Bar Association in 2001, and started his professional career as a trainee lawyer at «Ferreira Pinto & Associados», between 1999 and 2001, and then as an associate, between 2001 and 2008.
