- Legal advice to public and private clients in the area of Public Law, in particular on matters regarding Constitutional Law, General Administrative Law, Administrative Litigation and Public Procurement.
- Assisting in drafting legal opinions and other documents relating to Public Law matters.
- Legal advice on the areas of civil and criminal disputes, and on administrative offences.
- Assistance in and legal advice on the various areas of Banking and Finance and Capital Markets Law, especially in what concerns setting up and accompanying the activities of real estate funds and venture capital funds.

Career

At SÉRVULO since 2015, Gonçalo Bargado is an Associate in the Public Law department, where he joined as a trainee lawyer. He is a researcher at the Institute of Criminal Law and Criminal Sciences (IDPCC) of the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon.

Education

He completed the curricular part of the M.Jur. degree in Legal and Political Sciences (specialisation in Administrative Law) at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, in 2016, and is currently preparing his thesis. Gonçalo Bargado holds a Post-Graduation in Water Law and in Public Procurement, both from the Institute of Political Legal Sciences (ICJP – Instituto de Ciências Jurídico-Políticas) of the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, respectively in 2016 and 2015. He graduated in Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, in 2015.
