Career

David Ayache, partner, is admitted to the Bar of Paris and to the Bar of the State of New York. As a member of the Corporate Finance department, his practice focuses on domestic and cross-border transactions where he advises private and listed companies, private equity funds and entrepreneurs with respect to corporate acquisitions and divestments, joint-ventures, venture capital and growth capital transactions, as well as on small-caps and mid-caps LBOs. He has been also involved in French and foreign debt and equity offerings, together with private placements. Over the years, he has acted on transactions across a wide range of sectors, including financial services, renewable energies, distribution, luxury goods, internet and e-commerce. Prior to joining the firm in 2000, David was an associate with the Paris and New York offices of Willkie Farr & Gallagher and with the corporate department of Allen & Overy. David is a frequent speaker at conferences on Private Equity and is one of the authors of the “Guide Pratique du Capital Développement” (a practical approach to Growth Capital) published by AFIC, the French private equity association.
