Career

Bernard Ayache, Partner, admitted to the bar of Paris, is one of the co-founders of the firm more than twenty years ago. He has started by advising fast-growing small-business and entrepreneurs before specializing in M&A transactions for major French groups and state-owned companies. Bernard has been involved in numerous transactions in the sectors of distribution, mass-market distribution, luxury industry, medias, energy and real estate, and has advised preeminent French groups for their restructurings. He has developed a significant know-how in advising private-equity funds for venture capital operations, in particular during th “dot.com” era, and LBO transactions. He is also involved in French capital market transactions.
