Miroslav Plašćar is a Senior Partner heading dispute resolution and real estate practice.

Miroslav is currently lead partner representing the Croatian Employers’ Association before the Constitutional Court of RoC.

In a landmark case, Miroslav acted as lead partner on the team that represented 3 out of 8 of the largest banks in Croatia, in one of the most important civil dispute proceedings in the history of the Croatian judiciary.

Miroslav is particularly focused on property and project finance projects. He is currently advising on two high-profile property projects on the Croatian coast.

In addition to corporate and commercial practice, Miroslav has advised major international investors in relation to their Croatian market entry through high-profile M&A transactions. Recently he acted as the advisor of OTP banka d.d. in its merger with Splitska banka d.d. that was successfully finalized by the end of November 2018, forming the 4th largest bank in the Croatia.
