Galin Atanasoff is a Senior Associate at DGKV, where he specializes in the fields of litigation, arbitration and insolvency. Galin joined the firm in 2016 and is an active member of the teams handling some of the firm’s key commercial and litigation projects. He also is very experienced in disputes and settlement negotiations before Bulgaria’s courts and arbitration tribunals involving, inter alia, the performance of commercial and insurance contracts, asset tracing, and recovering of fraudulently obtained assets. He is also an active member of DGKV’s general Corporate and Commercial, Regulatory, and Anti-Money Laundering practices.
