Rimantas SimaitisCobalt

Cobalt fields a deep bench of specialists with expertise in disputes involving bankruptcy, procurement and white-collar crime. Shareholder disputes, which are another area of strength, are primarily handled by practice head Rimantas Simaitis. He is supported by bankruptcy specialist Paulius Markovas, procurement expert Deividas Soloveičik and Mindaugas Bliuvas, who focuses on criminal law.  Clients of the firm include major companies operating in the banking, transport and energy sectors.  The firm is frequently sought out to handle mandates with a pan-Baltic flavour, as is illustrated by its work for Latvian clients such as Riga International Airport and AirBaltic. Marius Inta is also recommended.
