Position
Kerstin Belovitzer-Franz advises national and international companies – in particular, logistics companies and companies from the supply industry – on all aspects of individual and collective employment law, as well as on the related economic and strategic issues.
She primarily provides on-going legal advice to companies in the areas of individual employment law, collective bargaining and works constitution law. Kerstin Belovitzer-Franz advises on how to draft employment contracts and on the termination of employment contracts and service agreements. This regularly includes representing her clients in labour court disputes.
Her work further includes providing employment law advice during M&A transactions and advising on social security law issues.
Career
Kerstin Belovitzer-Franz studied law at the University of Tübingen (Germany) and then carried out her legal training at the Regional Court of Stuttgart (Germany). In both state law examinations, her focus was on employment law. Kerstin Belovitzer-Franz carried out part of her training in Spain and at a business law firm in New York (USA). She joined Luther as a lawyer in 2013.
