Dianusch Nazari advises German and international investors on all matters pertaining to real estate law. In addition to providing comprehensive transaction advice, both buy-side and sell-side, she also advises asset managers and other property investors on tenancy law issues. Dianusch Nazari has special experience at the interfaces between real estate law and corporate law as well as property financing.
Career
Dianusch Nazari studied law at the University of Mannheim (Germany). Following her legal training at the Higher Regional Court of Mainz (Germany), she was admitted to the German Bar in 2005. Before Dianusch Nazari joined the real estate team of Luther’s Frankfurt office in 2020, she worked for almost 15 years for large renowned international law firms, gaining experience in real estate law.
