Position
Dr Stephan Rippert advises on international and national transactions and joint ventures. This involves acting as an advisor throughout the transaction process. In addition, he advises companies from the media/IT, energy and life science industries on commercial and regulatory issues. He also holds a supervisory board mandate in an international group as well as in an international association, and has a very active international advisory practice, mainly in the TMT, Energy and Life Science sectors.
Career
Dr Stephan Rippert studied law at the Universities of Mainz and Munich (both Germany) and at McGeorge School of Law in California (USA). He has been admitted to practise as a lawyer both in Germany and in the USA (NY). Stephan Rippert worked as General Counsel for a US media company in Germany and in New York. Furthermore, he was jointly responsible as a partner for setting up the German office of a large international US law firm in Germany. Stephan Rippert joined Luther in September 2020.
