KSB partner Dagmar Dubecka has been recognized for many years as one of the leading corporate, restructuring and M&A lawyers in the Czech Republic, ranked by Chambers & Partners, Legal 500, IFLR1000 and Who’s Who Legal. She has authored and co-authored numerous publications on mergers, squeeze-outs, liabilities of members of statutory bodies etc. Dagmar has also participated as a speaker and panelist at numerous M&A and corporate conferences.She has been selected several times as one of the most significant businesswomen in the Czech Republic in the prestigious TOP Women of Czech Business poll and repeatedly included in the list of the Most Significant Female Lawyers. Dagmar was also ranked as one of the leading representatives of Czech and Slovak law in the list TOP 100 women of the Czech-Slovak legal business, which was compiled for the first time in 2021. She has led KSB’s transaction team in many acquisitions, i.e. for Mattoni 1873, Heineken, YIT, HeidelbergCement/Českomoravský cement, Nibe, Skanska, etc.
