Position

Partner. Simona is a head of banking & finance regulatory practice and regularly assists to financial services clients active in the fields of banking, finance, trading with derivatives and securities, payment services, collective investment, insurance & reinsurance, etc. Simona is instrumental in advising clients from energy and network industries sector, including areas of nuclear power sector and renewables and leads projects in the area of exploration and production of oil and gas. Simona has gained significant experience in the area of M&A while serving international and domestic undertakings active in banking, telecommunications,  automotive industries, engineering, gambling and private equity sectors. Simona acts as a project leader in asset and business transfer projects and transactions, including corporate reorganizations, transfers of employees and outsourcing projects. Simona regularly advises clients on the various aspects of corporate and commercial law.
