Position

Partner specialising in n dispute resolution focusing on civil and criminal litigation and arbitration as well as insolvency and restructuring. Konstantinos has represented clients in a wide variety of commercial and civil disputes, including those arising from breach of the regulations governing a range of industries such as banking, pharmaceutical, medicinal products and transport. He has also represented clients on violation of intellectual and industrial property before the Competition Commission. In addition, Konstantinos has extensive experience advising on white-collar crime, in particular acting on behalf of companies and individuals in the field of breach of banking and stock exchange regulations, along with representing clients in disputes emanating from public procurement. He also participated in one of the first arbitrations to be run under the rules of the Greek Association for Maritime Arbitration.

Konstantinos is a former independent non–executive director of Emporiki Bank (2008-13).
