POTAMITISVEKRIS has a significant foothold in projects in the energy sector. In one mandate, it is advising Elsewedy Electric on a joint venture development agreement with a local partner for the development, construction and operation of a Greek 50MW PV project. The firm also acts for both sponsors and lenders on infrastructure concessions, large-scale construction projects and PPPs for waste management and other facilities. The practice is led by Euripides Ioannou, who has a wealth of experience advising both domestic and international clients on PPPs, as well as energy, upstream oil and gas, construction and real estate projects. George Bersis and senior associate Anthea Terlegas are also key contacts.
