Ms Amalia Balla
Amalia acts in a variety of finance and real estate transactions. She advises on a wide range of company law, finance and real estate issues, including on the legislative and regulatory framework and compliance. Amalia has experience in drafting and advising on loan agreements, real estate sale and purchase contracts, due diligence reports, lease agreements and construction agreements.
