Boasting over 20 years of experience, Adv. Zohar Lande is one of Israel’s most renowned commercial litigators. He serves as the head of Barnea’s Dispute Resolution Department. Zohar brings to the firm his knowledge in leading some of the most complex and sensitive litigation, arbitration, and mediation proceedings in Israel. His experience also extends to representing cases in various judicial institutions outside of Israel. Zohar’s cases cover a diverse range of disputes and actions, and it is this profound understanding of the many different aspects of corporate and commercial law that has enabled him to formulate bespoke litigation strategies for his various clients. Zohar represents both international and Israeli corporates, public, and private companies and individuals. He has acted for these clients in the Administrative Courts and before the High Court of Justice. In addition, Zohar leads various pro bono cases in the field of education.

Career

In a survey conducted by “Forbes” magazine amongst lawyers at the hundred largest law firms in Israel, Zohar was chosen as one of the ten most promising commercial lawyers in Israel, and an article was published in this regard in “Forbes” magazine in July, 2004.
