Position

Ariel heads our Real Estate Department. Ariel manages the firm’s real estate transactions. He has accumulated extensive knowledge and experience from handling complex real estate transactions of all types, from inception and initial negotiations through to completion and registration at the respective authorities. Ariel advises government-owned, publicly traded and private companies, developers, construction companies, contractors, shopping mall owners and private investors (both local and foreign). Ariel also advises clients in the areas of real estate taxes and financing of construction projects, as well as leading proceedings before planning committees and administrative appeals regarding planning and construction.

Career

Ariel is also legal counsel for Israel National Gas Lines, a government-owned company with a license to build and operate a transmission network for natural gas.
