Career

Helena began working with ŠELIH & PARTNERJI Law Firm in 1998 as an associate and after four years of independent practice re-joined the firm as a partner in 2005.

She co-heads the firm’s Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution practice and is regularly advising and representing clients in complex litigation proceedings, often including cross-border aspects.

She has extensive experiences in commercial litigation relating to disputes from commercial agreements, as well as to antitrust and competition issues.

Another area of her expertise is IP litigation proceedings, in particular in the field of pharmaceutical industry, and energy and environmental law.
