Dr. Tani Zahavi is a partner in the Project Finance Group.

She focuses her practice on public-private partnerships and a wide range of project and infrastructure financing structures in several industries, including power (from both conventional and renewable sources), water and transportation.

Tani regularly represents developers, project companies, sponsors, banks and other financial institutions in the development, financing, refinancing, construction, and operation of infrastructure and energy projects.

In the past, Tani was an associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP in New York, and law clerk to the Honorable Chief Justice Dorit Beinisch of the Supreme Court of Israel.

 

Tani is also an experienced commercial mediator.

Dr. Tani Zahavi, was included in the latest Women Leaders edition published by the IFLR.
